DHF provides services targeted at whole-person health and safety; that is, both physical and mental health and safety. We believe in integration, rather than radical change or addition. This applies to both human factors and psychosocial risk management.

We make psychosocial risk management accessible because psychosocial risks are integrated into your existing risk management systems and, because our human factors systems reviews identify solutions that can be integrated, the likelihood of human error occurring is reduced, and desired human performance is increased.

Our approach is to conduct a diagnostic assessment of the presenting problem, then develop a tailored action plan with clearly defined achievable outcomes. We do this in collaboration with your key stakeholders. The goal is to deliver organisational improvements while minimising the need for operational change and administrative burden. We have access to engineering expertise to contribute to particular types of analysis and problem solving.
